The online submission form is to be used to submit a PTC Project Proposal.  All terms must be completed in detail in accordance with the RFP.  This PTC Project Request for Proposals is open to all PTC Members.  Non-Members can also be eligible to submit proposals, either by becoming a Member of PTC or by submitting a proposal in partnership with one or more PTC Members.

BE SURE TO INCLUDE ALL DETAILS AS SPECIFIED IN THE PROJECT RFP FOR EACH ITEM. 

It is highly recommended that the complete proposal be prepared separately and in reference to the Project RFP before filling in the items for this online submission.
