You may pick up your registration packet and name badge in the Centennial Pre-Function on the third floor during the times listed below. If you purchased a T-shirt within registration, it will also be available for pickup at this location.

Name badges must be worn at all times to access sessions, exhibit hall, and networking events.

The INCE Paper Upload Station will be in Centennial Pre-Function on the third floor and will be open during the times listed below. If you need to upload your presentation, please do so the day before your session to allow adequate time for uploading on-site.

Business casual attire is recommended. Long Beach in July is typically warm and pleasant, with temperatures ranging from the low 60s to upper 70s. A light sweater or jacket is recommended for cooler mornings, evenings, and air-conditioned meeting spaces.
