Arriving from the Airport
Information on getting to the conference can be found in the Getting to the Conference webpage.  

In summary, Stowe is a little less than a one-hour drive from the Patrick Leahy Burlington International Airport (BTV). Uber, Lyft, and taxis should be availble to get to the conference but are less reliable returning from the conference. A taxi ride to Stowe costs between $90 and $120, while Uber and Lyft fares usually range from $70 to $100, depeding on demand. Prices are subject to change. Otherwise, it is best to rent a car or share a car with a colleague.  

Once in Stowe, ride-sharing services (e.g. Uber/Lyft) are not reliablyavailable.

Airport shuttle services are avaialbe to and from the airport only for those who purchased tickets during registration. You should have recieved  a notification with the shuttle schedule. If you have any quetsions, please contact the Events team at [email protected].

The Venue
The The Lodge at Spruce Peak is located on in the heart of Vermont’s Green Mountains in Stowe, Vermont. The Lodge is a Hyatt property. The address is 7412 Mountain Road, Stowe, VT. All NOISE-CON 2025 events will take place on the Resort grounds. Please click on the Floorplan link on the homepage for a floorplan of the conference venue. The Resort grounds includes a spa, golf course, heated pool, and lots of hiking trails.

If you are staying at the Stoweflake Resort, INCE has provided a complimentary shuttle bus between Stoweflake and Spruce Peak Resort (the conference venue) during the mornings and evenings of each conference day.  All pickups and drop-offs will be at the main lobby entrance. The ride each way is approximately 15 minutes. Download the shuttle schedule here.

Included Meals
Monday and Tuesday lunches and a Monday evening reception are included with your registration. These are all held in the exhibit hall. See the program for times. The Tuesday social event is ticketed. Please contact the events staff. The Sunday Student Symposium, Monday Student Lunch and Career Mentoring, Tuesday's Women in Noise Control Engineering Luch, Wednesday's Board Certification Breakfast and NC2016 Technical Organizing Committee Breakfast are free, but require pre-registration. See the events staff in the lobby.

Luggage Storage
If you are checking out of the hotel before you depart from the conference, please see the hotel bell staff. Our NOISE-CON staff cannot store luggage for you. INCE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged luggage.

Suggested Dress
Given the resort setting, the suggested dress for the conference is casual to busineess casual. 
   Otherwise, be sure to bring your raincoat, sneakers, hiking boots, and swimwear, as there are lots of activities available in and around the resort to do in your free time.

Parking
Complementary self-parking for hotel guests at Stoweflake.

For the Lodge at Spruce Peak,

Valet is $35/night for Lodge guests

Valet for non-Lodge guests is $10/hr, max $60

Self-Parking for everyone is complimentary for the first 6 hours, then $2/hour after 6 hours, prorated back to when you enter the lot.
